| It has been almost a year since the last time I've been on the forum! Wow! Obviously a lot has happened since that last time. Good things, bad things, neutral things- but mostly bad things. Now For Poetry. Upon a day that once was considered
A wondrous day of sparkles and glitter,
A man sits up on a very high hill
And wonders if life has become still.
Perhaps if I were to spare you time
Or, maybe, if I run out of rhymes
You'll be content on your own.
The man, however, sits by his tower
On top of the very high hill. At approximately 5 A.M.,
The rooster crows on his roost again.
Is the man still on the hill by his tower?
If the man is still on the hill perhaps he'll-
He'll wonder if life has become still- and will!
Really, though, life has become dreary.
The man, I think, is becoming weary.
'What a life!', he thinks; 'What a life'. | |
